- Manage day-to-day operations, team supervision, and continuous improvement for Learn at ACGME, the enterprise LMS.
- Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging learning technologies and software platforms to optimize team workflows, enhance interactivity, and modernize enterprise training deliverables.
- Led a full LMS redesign to improve accessibility, usability, learner engagement, mobile responsiveness, and analytics capabilities.
